I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Larnaca. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the location was perfect. It was within a 5-minute walk of Mckenzy beach, which was a great bonus. Thirdly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were lovely, with a huuuuge terrace that offered stunning ocean views. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Very dated ,very hot as room not aired before we got there,Bare cable hanging from the ceiling ,no lamp shades. Small bedroom for two bed. s ,no bedside table as no room.. Not worth 52 euros rate

Nicolas and his wife were very helpful. I was only there for one night but felt very 'at home'. They go beyond what you would normally expect a hotelier to do for you.

The room I had could have done with some upgrading, but for the price I can't complain. In fact there were facilities in it that you wouldn't normallly expect in a hotel room like a full-size kettle, toaster, double ring electric hob and fair size fridge.

The view from the balcony was amazing! The sea breeze entering the room was the perfect setting for our romantic escape. the room was equipped with a comfortable bed and a fridge to keep our drinks cold. The location was ideal, close to the airport and the beach, which made our short stay perfect.

The room was not as clean as we expected, and the bathroom had a moldy odor that was unpleasant. the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably hot.

Staff and owner very helpful and do anything they can to make your stay more comfortable --has a small pool that is always well kept and location is only a small walk to the beach with local shops and bars,you can also walk to main seafront at larnaca

The location close to the airport was the only reason I booked this hotel. The room however was spacious and although I was told Wifi would not work in the room, it did. Also, staff was decent and actually took me in a car to the shop to get food.

Not sure how to rate cleanliness. It is a very simply place and can't ever look as clean as a 5-star. However, the bedsheets had some hairs. Also, the hotel is in a residential area not too near the city center.

Realxed atmosphere, friendliness of staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near both the airport and McKenzie beach, making it easy to get around and explore. For those who enjoy nightlife, there are several great pubs nearby. the rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful staff available to assist with any needs. Breakfast is also available, and the peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing stay.

There seems to be an issue with cleanliness in some areas of the hotel based on reviews.

The price was without a rival. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the airport, literally 5 minutes by car, so if your flight departs too early you have some spare time to sleep... :-) The neighborhood is quiet, surrounding buildings are apart- hotels. The sea is in 500 meters walk. Wi-Fi reached to our apartment on the first floor.

There is nothing to do and to see in the neighborhood and if you have no a car it takes about 40 minutes to walk to the main city attractions. There are no stores to buy food nearby. The airport is nearby, so the noise of the planes taking off might disturb you. But for us it was ok, may be because in November there are not so many flights.

Hotel is situated near the airport, in 5-6 minutes far from city beach, about 2 kilometres of city center

it is rather old apartments, vith old furniture and communications. and there were some insects (1 huge cockroach, and very fierce mosquitos)

Very good location to the airport (5 min by taxi,10-15 Euro,40 min walk) beach across the street.Despite airport near airplanes noise is not an issue.Very friendly owner,no problems with night check-in and a little later check out.Swimming pool is small but clean and refreshing with nice, quiet sitting area around it.Wi-fi and Ac working good.Can recommend to budget travellers
